A man is a triune being, composed of body, mind, and soul. Wholeness of living requires expression of each of these components in a harmonious blend. To ignore one, or overemphasize another, is to create discord within our being, and set up the conditions for ill health. Indeed, our state of health is often a reflection of the degree of harmony among body, mind, and soul.
